The recycling process

Appointment
Book a time on WhatsApp or by phone, telling us the metal and rough quantity. Without an appointment we cannot schedule testing.

Testing
Your metal is tested on the spot; the method and the time needed depend on the metal and the quantity.

Weighing
After testing, the metal is weighed in front of you; weight and fineness are recorded.

Quote
We quote from the testing and weighing results, following the live rate at the time. Whether to accept is your decision.

Settlement
Once you accept the quote, settlement happens on the spot and the deal is done.

Gold, silver, platinum and palladium are all accepted.
What to prepare
- The precious metal you want to recycle
- Identification (personal ID, or Business Registration for companies)
- Proof of origin, such as invoices or certificates, if available
Turnaround
Testing takes time. Actual turnaround depends on the metal, the quantity and the testing results, and we make no speed promises; a quote follows as soon as testing and weighing are complete.
